Stoned and Hammered is my own adventure with precious metal and gemstones. I aim to create jewellery that is practical and comfortable enough to wear every day whilst still making a dramatically bold statement.
My inspiration is often taken from nature, studying the textures and shapes of rambling Norfolk hedgerows and the organic geometry of leaves and blossoms, to the visual impact of a wildly desolate East Anglian coastline with sandblasted beaches, seascapes, waves and pebbles.
Every piece of Stoned and Hammered jewellery is conceived and hand crafted by myself in my Norwich studio as a one-off design, so even similar pieces will be uniquely different.... that is the beauty of handmade jewellery.
